personal information, eg access to information held in storage or on
microfilm, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of retrieval and the
supply of this information to you.
After a period of seven years personal information retained about you may be deleted or destroyed without further notice to you.

We rely on the personal information we hold about you to efficiently conduct
our business of providing services and products to you. For this reason it
is very important that personal information we collect from you is accurate,
